1985
The School was founded
Tabindah Model High School was founded almost 30 years ago, in
September 1985, by Late Mr. Afzal A. It started as a Nursery with
only 2 children in a small villa located on 9A/C, in Burewala. The
students are offered a wide range of subjects from the Science and
Humanities streams. The primary section has progressed to a very
competent senior school and as the vision continues to take flight,
we now move on to greater heights.
The school’s objective is best expressed
through its mission statement of attempting to create competent,
caring and confident students through its holistic based education.
Our students actively support social issues like environment,
literacy, relief and endeavor to become leaders in their own right.
Such an all-rounded system of education has helped TMHS produce an
ever- increasing list of alumni who have gained admissions in
several Universities in Canada, USA, Australia and the
sub-continent.

Our
Founder |
The Founder’s main
objective was to draw out the best in each child’s spirit, mind and
body. This inspired his to provide a school with an atmosphere that
helped students develop their values and intellect. This would
further help them to see, perceive, understand, discern and evaluate
true life situations, enabling them to grow as individuals with
confidence.
Heading towards 30
years!!!!
Life is a journey.
The path we take, what we will look back on, and what we look
forward to, is up to us. We determine our journey and destination.
30 years ago, our
founder, late Mr. Afzal A., had a vision to help children through
their journey of life by providing a school that would act as a
stepping stone to future endeavors.
As we head towards this momentous occasion- completing 30 years in
the field of education, we look back with pride and look forward
with hope to continue touching lives and changing the future.

Message
from the Principal’s Desk |
Education is a
process of self-discovery. It helps a child to gain an understanding
of his or her potentials. As teachers, we aim to develop in our
students, the ability to think independently and creatively, we
inspire and empower them to be life long learners, critical thinkers
and productive members of an ever-changing global society. We have
high expectations from our students and want them to grow with
confidence and an enthusiasm for learning, to enjoy success without
losing humility, and to strive for high standards in everything they
do, without a fear of failure.
our Founder, Mr. Afzal Abdulqadir, set out to fulfill his dream of
making education available to all children. Though he is no more,
his dream lives on. Tabindah Model High School (TMHS) has created
within the school, a caring and challenging environment for young
minds, allowing potentials to be fulfilled. We believe each child in
our school is a star and every one of them is loved. This is the
essence of TMHS- a place where children come, not just to learn, but
to be appreciated for who they are.
The individual learning needs of our students are our first
priority. We offer our young people the opportunity to engage in
extra curricular activities that are enriching and educational. Our
reputation in scientific endeavors, cultural activities and in
various sports is well deserved. We encourage our students to become
involved in the school’s co-curricular program.
In partnership with
parents, we play a part in the growth of our students into mature
and well adjusted young adults. Indeed, our eyes are firmly set on
the student’s future as well as the present improvement. As a school
we are always looking for improvement in various ways. Bringing out
the best in our current pupils is our priority, but we also seek to
bring out the best in the school’s structures and programs as we
adjust to the ever-changing demands being placed on education in
these times.
I believe in Tabindah
Model High School and I believe we have perfected the formula for
educating our students to achieve their highest potential. Parents
entrust us with their most treasured asset, their child, and we
strive to meet and exceed their expectations as we understand the
importance and responsibilities involved in their development. I
look forward to working with you and your child over the next few
years.
